These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UltraBill (the “Service”), operated by UltraHosts Design & Hosting (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
UltraBill provides online invoicing, customer management, estimates, and related payment tools. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove functionality with reasonable notice where practical.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of invoices, customer data, and other content you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed to use Customer Data in the Service.
You agree not to:
If you connect payment providers (such as PayPal), those providers’ terms also apply. We are not a bank or payment processor; we facilitate connections so your customers can pay you. Fees charged by payment providers are their responsibility.
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before the next billing period.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
